Regency has been working exclusively with Ignite design since early 2010, starting with a complete rebrand including logos, colours, naming protocols, corporate stationary, presentation folders, sales materials, website, and more.
The updated brand materials were designed to reflect Regency’s belief that retirement is not about limitations and restrictions, but the expanded freedom to explore, discover, engage and enjoy. From the rich vibrant colour scheme to the fun and engaging photography, the Regency brand image is full of life and vigor.
The presentation folder that holds all of the information provided to new and prospective residents allowed for some real creative freedom. Ignite set about designing a folder that looked more like a scrapbook full of great memories, than a corporate sales kit. The folder features a collection of old photographs mixed with new, collections of ticket stubs and old love letters. The cover features a multilevel embossed photograph, complete with old fashioned photograph corner tabs that were again used on the inside of the folder to hold business cards on the interior pocket.
This scrapbook concept has been used extensively throughout Regency’s marketing materials and advertising.
